ITI summer leadership programs provide a dynamic and fun way for participants to learn new skills, meet new friends and become motivated to create positive changes in Hoosier schools and communities.
A combination of hands-on workshops, team building initiatives, recreational activities, plenary sessions and small group discussions synergize the process. Participants work with ITI’s experienced facilitation team to learn how to more effectively lead and work together to promote civic engagement and voluntarism.
Each day at ITI, there is time for team action planning, personal leadership reflection, networking, knowledge & skill building, social interaction and a whole lot of FUN. ITI’s award winning leadership camps are designed for highly motivated, active participants who have exhibited strong leadership potential.
ITI is honored to have welcomed thousands of participants to its summer camps since 1984. In addition, hundreds more have served as volunteer staff and/or facilitators.
ITI facilitators and participants have been privileged throughout the years to have learned from a number of well respected leaders in the field of experiential education. Included among those we've welcomed to Indiana are Karl Rohnke, Jim Grout, Sam Sikes, Dr. Chris Cavert, Kenya & Gabriela Masala and Faith Evans.
